One of the winning collections of Milan Fashion Week (and the season), Prada went for a reinterpretation of the school girl uniform but in that unique and characteristic way only Miuccia knows. Last season it was the baroque motifs and bananas all over the runway, this time fur, python and plastic paillette dresses had the leading roles. No wonder everyone loved it, it has everything it needs to be a good collection this season, reinterpretation of silhouettes, 60's vibe, fur and the crazy-what's going on here-effect. The two toned boots, the aviator goggles and the spiked fur caps were the cherry on top. Mermaid, school girl, who cares, the fact is the new Prada in editorials will be Prada once more.
